Installation service - How does it work?

Content & Application
Do you have a particular video or application that you want installed on all headsets? No problem! We can pre-install all videos and applications for you so that your headset is ready to use when you receive it. Whether this is a video / application from the store, or your own version. As soon as we have received the video or APK file, we will test it extensively so that you can be sure that everything works at your next event!
Special wishes
Do you have any special wishes in addition to an application or content? Think of language settings, disconnecting controllers or something else! After consultation, we can prepare the headset in such a way that it meets all your wishes!

Step 1: Kick off meeting & Event plan
During the kick-off, we schedule a meeting with all parties involved to discuss the event. This discusses matters such as structure, testing, dress codes and expectations. We summarize everything that was discussed during the kick-off meeting in an event plan. This contains all agreements made, but also contact details of all parties involved.
Step 2: Execution
Through the kick-off meeting and event plan, our supporters will be fully aware of expectations when they arrive at your event. Whether it's set-up, technical support or assisting with demos, our supporters have a professional and friendly attitude to make sure your event is a great success!
Step 3: Evaluation
Afterwards we will always contact you to find out if everything went well. We always like to listen to the feedback provided, so that we can continuously improve our service.
